Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy.
We understand that your plans may change, therefore we insist that you (the customer) read our cancellation and refund policy before you book your move with us. The policy attempts to minimize the impact to you while ensuring that movers are paid fairly for their time and effort.
Cancellation by the customer (you):
- 10 days or more from moving day: The move is cancelled; the deposit is refunded minus the booking fee of 7.5% of your total move cost. The hold on your credit card is released.
- Less than 10 days until moving day: The move is cancelled; no refund is issued. The hold on your credit card is released.
- No show or cancellation on moving day: The full amount is collected, and arrangements are made to complete the move at an alternate time based on the mover’s availability.
