We’ll keep you up to date on every step of your move, from the second you get a quote to the last box delivered to your door. You can trust us to ensure your move goes smoothly. Your move concierge is a combination of automated driven text updates combined with a dedicated account representative who oversees every step. We are reachable via phone, email, and text.
Our Guarantee
On-time guarantee: If, without prior notice, our partner mover misses a scheduled appointment or arrives more than 30 minutes after scheduled arrival time, you may be eligible for a credit of up to the Moveogo booking fee.
Service guarantee: If for reasons beyond Moveogo’s control a mover cannot be secured within 48 hours of your booking, or confirmed move must be cancelled, we will issue a total refund to your credit card the same day.
Our partner movers guarantee:

We do not guarantee that we will match your specific moving needs with a moving partner. Typically, moving involves a normal delivery with one-time placement of furniture.
The price that we provide is based mainly on the information that you provide at the time of booking the move. The information that you provide is deemed to be reasonably accurate and representative of your specific situation.
Additional charges may be incurred and billed at the mover’s discretion if known issues were not clearly disclosed at the time of booking or onboarding. Examples of problems are, but not limited to:
- Packing is not complete when movers arrive, or undisclosed packing was added.
- Elevator (s) or long carry.
- Additional stops were added
- Delays beyond mover’s control
- Disassembly and re-assembly of furniture
- Parking ticket
